Alright Ty, this is aimed directly at you. I need to know, at least in general terms, how you intend to go about building this air ship of yours. Specifically:
1) How does it stay aloft?
2) What construction materials do you have in mind?
3) How much weight do you want it to be able to carry?
4) How do you intend to control it's vertical motion?
5) How do you intend to control it's horizontal motion?
I'd like to have some information on how you are going to do this so I can prepare for it, lol, otherwise I'll go on my gut, which may or may not have the desired results.

roger that. The prototype airship Gimble wants to create first will be small. Probably just large enough for our group and a couple others. Vertical lift will be maintained by a combination of simple levitate enchantments and a large balloon. Horizontal motion will be achieved through an enchanted fan like mechanism enchanted with gust of wind (Or a more powerful version of gust of wind if necessary) at the back of the boat and attacked to the tiller. This prototype wont be terribly expensive and I plan to build a much larger and cooler version later.
The larger version will likely be a galleon or the like. This ship will be much more expensive and will incorportate both arcane magics and psionics (via josh). Vertical lift will be achieved through a balloon and control gravity. Horizontal velocity will be achieved through control winds/flight. The ship will be controlled mentally through an enchanted helm the pilot wears.
I also plan to create a third ship, at epic levels. This boat will remove the balloon and be truly amazing, but I'd like to talk to you about how it will work in person.
Let me know if you need more info on any of these ships
