As a standard action, he can percieve anything within 11 miles of his worshippers, holy sites, holy objects, or any location where one of his titles or name was spoken in the last hour. He can extend his sense to up to 10 locations at once. He can block the sensing power of dieties of his rank or lower at up to 2 locations at once for up to 11 hours.
Portfolio Sense: As the god of thieves in the Three Worlds, Zivix can sense any act of thievery or trickery that occurs anywhere in the present or 11 weeks after the event happened, and knows who the perpetrator was and what was stolen or what the gag was, unless the individual or group is being hidden by another deity.
Zivix's natural form is of a reddish/purple skinned, but handsome tiefling with long jet-black hair and small horns on his forehead. More often than not, his true form is never seen, however, as he prefers a myriad of disguises or to use an alternate form. Usually only his chosen or those he has a close working relationship with see his true form. Zivix also has a large number of avatars that lurk in the shadows of the Three Worlds, just watching, and gathering bits of information that the church can use...usually in conjunction with the Know Secrets divine salient. He does keep one permanent avatar stationed on Lustria.

The Keeper of Secrets for all intents and purposes appears to be the shadowy assistant of Zane Mikos, the mayor of Lustria. As far as everyone knows, he is there to help disseminate the constant influx of information, items, and people that enter Lustria. He is an enigmatic figure that is always hidden deep within the shadows of his robes. His actual purpose, however, is to assist in the defense of the holy city should someone powerful enough to make it past the constables, Zane, and Zivix's chosen attack the city. A secret weapon if you will.
