True Shade Template : ECL 7
Proficencies: All simple & martial weapons, Light armor & shields
Shadow Nature: EX: While in shade= +2 Con, +2 Cha, +4 Luck bonus to all saves, +20'spd, +4 Listen, +4 Spot, +8 hide, +2 to hit & dmg rolls. (These are racial bonuses that only apply while the character is in shaded areas : less than 50% normal light)
Shadesight: EX: Suffers no penalties in any (including magical) types of darkness. 60' range.
Control Light: SU: Can control/alter the amount of light within 100' by 10% / character lvl. Standard action, free action (concentration) to maintain.
Shadow Image: SP: Similar to 'Mirror Image' but the images are 10% real. Creates 1d4+1/character lvl images. This ability is usable 3x/day.
Invisibility: SP : Can cast 'Invisibility' at will as a standard action. Caster lvl = character lvl.
Fast Healing: SU : Heals 2 hp of damage every round while in shade.
Spell Resisitance: SU : Gain SR 11 + Character lvl.
Shadow Travel: SU : As a move action once every 2 rounds, the Shade can travel to any shadowy area within 300'. Also, 1/day the Shade can either cast 'Greater Teleport' (as normal) or 'Plane Shift' (to or from the Plane of Shadow only).
Incorporeality : SU : The Shade can become incorporeal for a number of rounds equal to it's character level. These rounds need not be consequtive but can not exceeed the Shade's character level in rounds per day. It is a move action to become incorporeal or to become corporeal and does not provoke attacks of opportunity.
Shadow Shield : SU : The Shade gains a deflection bonus to it's Armor Class equal to it's Charisma modifier.
Blindsense : EX : Shades gain Blindsence out to 30' (using combination of tremorsense/sound/shadesight)
